Effective Way to Get a Free Foreclosure List

Step
1
Find the Properties.
If you have searched and found 1 or more foreclosure properties on our site that interests you, skip to step 2. Otherwise, search foreclosures now.

Step
2
Write Down Your Notes.
This is an important step, so don't skip it. Once you've found 1 or more properties, write the basic property information on paper (Street, City, Zip, Price, etc) so you can find the properties again quickly later.

Step
3
Digging For the Full Property Details You Really Need.
Okay. Now that you have the basic property information on paper, go to Foreclosure.com to get all the fully-detailed data you need.

(Their sign-up process is easy and shouldn't take you more than 2 minutes to finish. You WILL need a credit card, but don't worry, you won't be charged!! Their site simply needs it in case you decide to use their service longer than a week)

Step
4
Laugh Loud... Foreclosure Property Data Is Now In Your Hands!
Remember that paper you wrote your notes on? Once you're a member of Foreclosure.com, log in to use their property search. Find all the detailed property information of the foreclosure properties you're already interested in. Search other properties if you like since it's completely free for an week anyway.

Step
5
ENJOY Your Free Foreclosure Lists, Then Cancel.
Take a week to search for properties. Once you've gotten all the data of all the foreclosure properties you're interested in, cancel your account.
Enjoy, have fun!
